Higher-end traditional Italian restaurant that focused heavily on steps of service and providing the guest with an incredibly intimate and personalized dining experience. Learned to great detail about classic cocktails and how to make them with great speed as well as prep fresh ingredients for them, spirits, wine (primarily of Italian and Californian origin), hand crafted cuisine, coursing of meals, and pacing/flow of a finer (but still very fast paced) environment. Events hosting Michelin Star chefs were also held at this establishment during my time of employment.
Helped open a very modern, high energy, Vegas-esque style of restaurant with a very loud-looking assortment of food and drinks. A very fast paced environment where attentiveness, speed, efficiency, and the ability to upsell was heavily encouraged and developed, as was the ability to describe anything off the menu in a desriable and appetizing way.
