Responsible for all Anti-Terrorism Force Protection measures being implemented and followed on a daily basis. Developed "Active Shooter Response Program" for Jackson Barracks and implemented with coordination of NOPD and St. Bernard Sheriffs Department.

All projects have been completed on time, and under budget, with stellar safety, environmental and financial audit records.
- Hurricane Katrina Recovery Program - General contractors in the program were: Lemoine Contractors, Broadmoor Construction, Gibbs Construction, Cajun Industries, Woodward Construction, Citadel Construction, Aegis Construction, and Satterfield and Pontikes.
- Infrastructure Replacement - Replaced entire base infrastructure (electrical, water, natural gas, sewer, and emergency power) for 100-acre Historic Jackson Barracks. Project valued at $19 million. All projects complied with Federal Anti-Terrorism Force Protection requirements.
- Jackson Barracks Renovation - Oversaw $75 million renovation of Historic Jackson Barracks. This project consisted of renovation of 16 Antebellum Historic Garrison structures, 115 residences, 4 National Guard Armories, 3 Transient Housing Billeting buildings, 2 Distinguished Visitors Quarters, Jackson Barracks Museum, and the entire Base Infrastructure. This required oversight and direct management with weekly meetings and coordination between FEMA, US Army Corps of Engineers, Congressional Staff, Department of Army staff, National Guard Bureau, Native American Tribal Council, State Historic Preservation Office, local and state officials, and multiple architectural and construction firms.
- Military Construction (MILCON) - Directed and managed 4 Project managers,and 32 MILCON projects in excess of $624 million in 24 different locations. This consisted of 28 National Guard Armories and new construction of an Army airport and aviation support facilities. All projects complied with Federal Anti-Terrorism Force Protection requirements. All projects were completed in three years with exemplary safety, environmental, fiscal, and safety audits.
- Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) of National Guard Facilities - Directed the execution of $20 million annually on over 90 National Guard installations and training sites. This required supervision of four Project Managers and compliance with Historic, NEPA, US Army Corps of Engineers, Native American Tribal Council, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau, and federal/state regulations.
- Managed construction/addition of two military aviation facilities and one Drone Training Center. This involved coordination between Senior Army officials, FAA, National Guard Bureau, State/local officials, and 3 local airports.
- Base Construction Manager of Victory Base Complex (VBC) in Baghdad, Iraq. Coordination of all environmental programs, construction programs, utilities management/construction and contract management with host nationals (HN). All projects required compliance with Theater Anti-Terrorism Force Protection requirements.
- Theater Construction project manager in Haiti, Jamaica, Belize, Honduras, Italy, Germany, England, Afghanistan, Oman and Azores.
