
Let me tell you how I massively increased customer trust and satisfaction at the Medina Walmart and turned around a struggling entertainment department in 6 months. During this time I successfully acquired repeat customers in the store. I work in retail, and my specialty is customer service with excellent employee relations; customers swarm when they see me and seek me for all their product inquiries and any other needs.
