Formed first powerlifting team and placed them on periodized cycles. Advised lifters on nutrition and wrote all powerlifting cycles for each individual lifter. The powerlifting team had state qualifiers and many lifters that placed at the state meet every year that I was there. I also was assistant football and taught English.

Owned and operated strength and conditioning gym training athletes from junior high to senior citizens. Addressed the needs of each individual client whether it be general fitness, sports training, or powerlifting and strongman success. One ninth grade client trained with me exclusively and qualified for and lifted in the USAPL National Championships. This propelled him into the IPF Sub-Junior/Junior World Championships in Czech Republic. He finished third and carried a bronze medal back to Shreveport, Louisiana. Braveheart Strength Systems was registered as the flagship in the state of Louisiana and hosted numerous successful competitions.

Trained clients at Elite Fitness and other gyms in the Shreveport area. Addressed the diets and lifting mechanics of clients to improve their health and strength.

Taught English I and English III and served as assistant football coach and head powerlifting coach.

Assistant professor of physical education and assistant powerlifting coach under Dr. Billy Jack Talton, the Godfather of Louisiana Powerlifting.

Ringgold had the longest football losing streak in the state of Louisiana. I tripled the size of the team, completely revamped the facilities, and broke the losing streak. The current head football coach and head basketball coach at Ringgold today were students that I recruited and they were part of the team that broke that losing streak.

Taught undergraduate and graduate courses in the school of education.

Taught English and coached offensive line and strength and conditioning. Was on the staff that broke an extensive losing streak and tripled the number of athletes playing football.
