DR. WADE MCKINNEY

DR. WADE MCKINNEY

FORT WORTH

Summary

The funeral industry has always come natural to me. While my resume shows my years of service in compassionate care in end of life care, this by no means covers the many funeral homes I have worked with as a Pastor serving my congregants at their time of grief and loss. I have sang and officiated literally hundreds of services. I have seen every aspect of funeral operations, excluding the license to embalm and prepare remains.

I am very much a visionary leader with extensive experience in developing strategic partnerships and driving expansion efforts, with emphasis on the funeral industry. As I have pastored, I have worked either part or full time in funeral local funeral homes. I am always seeking for the best ideas and concepts to take things to another paradigm. Expertise in team development and one-on-one coaching enhances program effectiveness and operational sustainability has been a forte of my career. Meeting new prospects and searching out gifted ethical employees have been a staple of my calling and career.

My entire life path has been about helping others in their time of critical need. My funeral experience - coupled with 38 years of ministry have cohesively allowed me to develop into the person I am today.
