Cylcing, Weight Training

I enjoy riding my road cycle (bicycle) for long/short distances especially near the ocean and beach area which have done several times in the Bradenton area. Cycling for me is a peaceful time and it helps to give me the low impact cardio I need as well as allowing me to refocus reset daily/weekly. Weight training allows me to reconnect with my Warrior side to continue to build strength and power and realize the importance of work/life balance and continuing to practice both consistency and mental toughness to get through hard work days/weeks.
