Provide safety and security to adjudicated youth in an institutional setting. Job duties include, transporting inmates to and from court hearings, medical facilities, classes or recreational activities, patrolling the facility to ensure it is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Supervise youth throughout the day, including meal time and recreational time, complete daily reports, incident reports when an incident occurs. Provide intensive security for juveniles with higher risk or security status, enforcing the rules and regulations of the youth facility. Report breaches of security or inappropriate behavior to supervisors. Additional duties as needed.

Oversee convicted adult/juvenile, male and female offenders in a facility setting to ensure that they are safe, secure by enforcing outlined rules and regulations. Also, supervise convicted offenders in a community setting. Duties include monitoring parolees to insure they remain crime-free, participate in required programming and start to lead productive lives.
