While working retail for less than 2 years, I’ve gotten so much knowledge from all the coworkers I’ve worked with during my times at Macys, Sally Beauty, and Ulta at the moment. I realized I thrive working with people and being able to talk to welcoming customers on the stuff I enjoy talking about and being able to assist to them on whatever they need. When it comes customer service I enjoy being able to build a relationship with the customers and letting them know as an employee we’ll go above and beyond for them to have a good shopping experience and I believe that’s my big specialty being able to bring in customers because of my charisma.
