Summary

I am Officer Dustin Beard of the Airways Station Task Force. I have seven years experience on the Airways Task Force and nine years in the Memphis Police Department. I'm very passionate and take pride in whatever I do. I really enjoy working with new people and developing skills within the department. As a leader of a team of Five at the Airways Station, I have played an integral role in the overall crime reduction strategy of the Airways Station. We are constantly reminded that our hard work continues to pay dividends and reflects weekly at the TRAC meeting. I am a fast learner; I retain information well, and most importantly, I work well in a team setting. I would like the opportunity to continue to build on my experiences and advance within the Memphis Police Department. I know that I can come in and hit the ground running if given the opportunity.
