Overall, my job consisted of receiving investigations requests from the attorney's, and complete those requests in a timely manner. The information I gathered was used to create the best defense possible for their client. Below are some of the tasks I was asked to complete.

• Interviewed clients and witnesses
• Review body cam footage
• Research legal documents at the attorneys request
• Sat with and assisted attorneys during trial
• Serve subpoenas
• Use software systems CLEAR and CCAP
• Prepare voir dire lists

• Examined court room procedures to gain more knowledge on the procedural rules of the judicial system
• Provided research assistance to the Judge on different cases that are currently within the system
• Used professors, Westlaw, and different academic resources to assist myself when researching different aspects regarding the cases
• Provided written reports to the judge on my opinion of the law regarding the different pending cases

• Provided high level of customer service to each person by engaging customer and using active listening and effective interpersonal skills
• Greeted guests professionally and courteously to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere while making safety a top priority
• Prepared customer invoices, accepted payments and processed refund and cancellation requests
• Monitored gate areas and addressed security situations with management
• Communicated with site personnel by relaying information via radio calls

• Cleaned and graded ditches, drainage structures, highway shoulders and slopes
• Safely controlled traffic in high-volume areas during roadwork projects and repairs
• Entered job information into work management system
• Completed minor repairs, preventive maintenance, refueling and pre-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment

• Prepared and maintained drink stations throughout catering events
• Presented food and beverages on buffet tables and drink stations in line with formality and specifications of each event

• Returned reusable goods and serving equipment for inventory and restock
• Cleared dishes and glassware quickly following each course
