I have a vast background in different fields of experience. This and because I love learning and challenging projects it has helped me advance in my career. As a leader most important thing I have learned to be just as important in all fields is the relationship with all employees. When morale is good production is at a higher standard. I’m very quick at running out scenarios in my head to make quick and efficient decisions. My prior job I was able cut a lot of dead loss in my budget and get money in areas I need it. I believe I have a lot to offer any company looking at me, as a candidate.
