• Neurosurgery Optimization project - joined this team effort. Created goals for elevating RN Clinical Care Coordinator positions to align with top of scope practice. Working closely with inpatient and outpatient leaders to establish timelines and best practice outcomes in the clinic setting.
• MSI Lab - relocation of site & New machine purchase. Working closely with leadership to develop a plan for the MEG lab - training and expansion.

• Supervised Highlands Neurology clinic- Staff oversight, staffing patterns
• Supervised RN clinical care coordinators & academic clinical office staff to support Neurology providers & patients in between visit care.

• General Neurology
• Developed new education hand outs/brochures for this patient population.
• Developed the RN handling all of the patient symptom based phone calls and results.

• Established assisting providers with starting clinic notes and taking a history for clinic patients

• On site RN for UAB Highlands Neurology clinic - role included being the direct supervisor when needed
