I am currently a Lead Test Tech at RedWire Defense Tech. with a strong desire to continue learning and growing. My current responsibilities are to support my team and keep production running smoothly. These responsibilities include: building and repairing test harnesses, troubleshooting different assemblies and test setups, building first article assemblies and creating and developing procedures for them with our tech writers. I am also a designated inspector for the electronics shop, I frequently communicate with engineering and other departments when issues and questions arise, and I participate in standard production manufacturing. Developing processes and digging into new problems to find solutions brings me a lot of fulfillment, and I enjoy helping other technicians further their knowledge of newer builds that I am more familiar with through hands on training.
