• Expand company presence and brand recognition throughout territory, while generating qualified leads.
• Collaborate with experts from known brands in industry, such as Mitsubishi, Nu Calgon, Spurlan, and Southwestern HVAC, to add value to customer, and find new ways to support HVAC/R industry.
• Incorporate and utilize Salesforce CRM system to prioritize and organize daily/weekly tasks, as well as generate reports to track sales numbers and progress.
• Canvas territory to identify new prospects, and if qualified, develop relationships into key accounts.
• Tailor promotional marketing tools, such as dealer programs, SPIFFS, and rebates, based on individual customer needs.
• Understand and implement all aspects of the sales cycle; from customer qualification, to putting together personalized presentations and demonstrations, to negotiations, and finally closing the sale.
• Develop rapport with, and integrate work styles with an established customer support team at the local branch.
• Attend weekly professional sales training meetings.
• Develop creative and unique ways to engage customers and create lasting impression.
• Consistently follow up on new business opportunities to accurately address ever-changing customer wants and needs.
• Understand multiple pricing levels based on customer purchasing power.
Territory: San Antonio, Waco, College station, and surrounding areas.
