• Crises Response unit - Responded to crises calls to assist Sheriff Station / Units with Mental Ill or Crises calls
• Triage Deputy (MET Watch Deputy) - Triaged calls coming into our office, dispatched calls, Monitored units, took call in's, SMS changes.
• Training Deputy / Admin Deputy-

Monitored and scheduled all State and Post requirements for the unit,

Scheduled and handled all rosters for Use of Force and Strategic Communication classes we hosted for LASD and Local PD's.

Monitored MET's Fleet (order new vehicles, get bids to outfit specialty built vehicles, assign vehicles)

Handled all incoming orientations (Deputies, Sergeants, and Lieutenants),

Monitored all new hires training packets and made sure all mandated MET trainings were met. Built MET's new training program using DOR's.

Set up all out of state trainings for the unit.

Lead on Project Lifesaver program for the sheriff's Department,

Lead for the 911-988 program set up meeting, wrote memos, newsletters, and scheduled trainings and trail runs with Lancaster Station and Didi Hirsh.

Organized and attended all METS special events where MET was requested to set up booths and our MILO trailer.
