I work on the cutting floor and the kill floor of a butcher shop where I spent time cutting and processing meat. I am in charge of using the company backhoe to dump meat scraps into our dump truck, and hauling the scraps to the landfill. I perform the checks and maintenance on those vehicles.
On occasion I am asked to operate the fork lift in loading and unloading pallets of meat for the company.
Operating and Maintaining the water system for bluffdale city, including checking meters, installing meters and maintaining water valves.
I also spent time operating excavators and skid steers in digging water lines, and backfilling. In some cases we used an asphalt saw to cut holes in roads, and used jumping jack compactors to compact the ground we backfilled.
I also spent time operating a vac truck in excavating water lines as well.
From September 2014 to October 2016 i spent time serving an LDS Mission to South Korea, learning the native language Korean, and serving the people in many ways.
