As an experienced residential developer the focus is on delivering affordable housing in today's difficult housing market. Capable of working on Federal Government initiatives and State level projects the most recent projects have been local municipal and private developments where the greatest need for affordable housing exists. The diverse range of relationships that have been fostered have allowed us to leverage all of the necessary elements to make affordable housing possible. With a skillset that allows me to be as comfortable in the field as in City Hall we have managed to deliver what Towns or Private landowners seek to accomplish in the residential housing market.
