• Conduct fraud investigations across ATO, deposit, new account, and synthetic identity
• Analyze multi-source data (transactions, IP, device) to assess risk and determine outcomes
• Review and disposition fraud alerts using risk-based decisioning
• Act as escalation point for complex cases and final determinations
• Develop SOPs to improve investigative consistency and efficiency
