Manage end-to-end landscape construction projects from pre-construction estimating through final installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to design specifications. • Perform Project Manager role in the D13 Procedures Branch, providing EOD-specific information to the Joint Service EOD field via EOD technical publications.
• Primary focus is worldwide ground-based vehicles, secondary area includes strategic U.S. Aircraft Weapon Systems.
• Research, gather, and analyze complex information to be entered into a system enabling the department to produce and publish EOD-specific information in the Automated EOD Publication Set (AEDOPS).
• Answers various Requests for Information (RFI) through the Technical Support Center.
• Routinely collaborates with command WSERB member for compliance.
• Development of test plans and test reports for weapons systems and well as vehicle downloading.
• Coordinates with Active-Duty EOD Service Detachments in order to validate and approve publication changes.

• Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal for actions during Westpac 18.2 aboard the USS Essex for the coordination of EOD support spanning across three multination operations involving 750 Marines, Sailors, and 10,000 foreign soldiers from 12 host nations.
• Swept 1,200 square kilometers of maneuver area in order for Marines to safely utilize the training area. A total of 331 items of unexploded ordnance (UXO) and 551 pounds of explosives were removed or destroyed.
• Served as section chief, responsible for 12 EOD Marines during the operation.
• Removed extremely hazardous threats and improved the safety of both Afghanistan civilians and U.S. and ally service members. Safely disposed of 28,000 pounds of enemy ordnance and destroyed 12 improvised explosive devices while deployed to Afghanistan.
• Assisted multiple government agencies in support of the President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, First Lady, Secretary of State, and Pope Francis. Conducted fourteen Very Important Persons Protection Support Activity missions by serving as the subject matter expert on explosive device threats to the United States Secret Service and Department of State.
• Responsible for acquisition, control, and inventory of $33 million worth of equipment for 2nd Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company while serving as the Supply Chief.
• Solely responsible for $3.2 million worth of equipment aboard three shipboard platforms while serving as Supply Chief for Combat Logistics Battalion-13.
• As the Supply Chief solely responsible for Class V forecasting and explosive inspections.
• Conducted international operations with Norwegian EOD counterparts as part of Operation Cold Response 2016, which included 22 high-risk live fire ranges or shoots.
• Served as section intelligence collection asset and briefed multiple countries’ threat levels to Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Commanding Officer.

• While deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, successfully served as the Radar Chief, ensuring the safe conduct and constant mission success of 12 Marines, and radar coverage of over 12,000 square miles resulting in 0 indirect fire attacks inside the area of operations.
• Led 12 movements involving $8 million worth of vehicular assets and successfully covered a distance totaling more than 1,800 miles of road and space with zero accidents or incidents.
