I am a dedicated and organized professional with large amounts of experience at Commercial Vehicle Groups Inc. I have proven that I have the ability to lead teams and ensure safety while achieving production goals. I am skilled in operating machinery and troubleshooting issues, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dependability. Fast learner with a passion for quality and efficiency in manufacturing environments.
I watch over 2nd Shift currently. I handle relaying information at the end of the shift of any problems we had and what was completed throughout the day and I gather the information needed to start my shift. I also handle the safety of my employees and direct them to the correct tasks
I operated the main press at the time. I did tool changes when needed and would troubleshoot issues during the running process to prevent scrap during the run. I was responsible for my own quality and taking care of the machine itself
I fabricated and welded small and large sized Rubbermaid trash can frames (MIG Welding) and John Deere handlebars (TIG Welding)
I was responsible for covering any jobs that had callouts which included me learning how to do every floor job in the building. Which included assembly, cutting on a waterjet, operating a press, organizing parts for shipping and driving a fork truck
