Was farm and heard manager worked in just about everything worked up from calf crew to manager in about 10 months was over seeing the daily operation for about 5000 head of dairy cattle and around 25 employees really enjoyed the manager position and responsibilities that came from it but truly learned how to become a great lead by knowledge of the daily life and operations not just with the livestock and equipment but also the employees that made it all possible
