  • B&P enterprise, Job duties were to be on emergency call for derailments for local motive trains. First day at work was at 11:00 o'clock pm. I had to learn job duties with no experience for job at hand and also poor visibility, but I listened to work orders given and instructions being given. their job is to set up a side boom & all components including A-frame, adjustment line up for keeper pins, attach main winch cable through lifting block then secure cable with wedge, next is gather all slings, chains, hoisting equipment off trailer while component prepares for counterweights. takes two components to make up one component. job duties as well in diesel mechanic, equipment operating, flags man, travel long distances without discomfort. this job required 360 awareness at all times which lead to safe working responsibilities.

  • Working for Primoris Service Corporation hired in as journeyman ironworker, crew I was set to work with was in charge of all crane & rigging. Job was to assist stub contractor crane company ALE, Job duties included to inspect each & all rigging before each use, color code rigging for monthly inspection, prepare rigging for job task given, build/assemble spreader bars, work as team, acknowledge weight for rigging/shackles for lifting capability. Daily job lifts were modules, vessels, pipe, air compressor, welding machine, acetylene, nitrogen bottles, various lifts. Job duties to control and flag cranes through radios. Poor visibility from operator lead to 100% /360degrees awareness all lifts, navigate loads through pipe racks, bullrig as needed, land skidpans, welding machine, oxygen bottles, at high elevations using taglines for control of load and radio communication. I was given opportunity to operate under no load, telescopic & crawler crane due to work ethics.

  • Started at Cb&i as helper 1, I was a grounds person, my job was to stay by JLG, manlift and the scissor lifts. to spot/watch their aerial view for any near misses, Job duties included was to collect amount & sizes hardware needed, if i wasn't given size or amount needed, I would discuss location of area to leadman or foreman. After 1 or 2 months of employment and learning job, i took it upon myself to watch and learn to read and understand blueprints so can be more useful to working journeyman /workers to have material and hardware ready. after 8 months I was promoted to helper 3, October 17,2017 minor personal vehicle accident caused by opposite driver led to termination from Cb&i after given medical leave

  • Position held at turner industries, prepare hardware such as makeup bolts, determine size, determine difference bolt & hardware to correct type hardware needed, organize material for location, test bolts hardware for QC by using tools, nematic impacts & torque wrenches. working elevations, using JLG, manlifts, scissor lifts & ladder cages. to bolt up, impact, assist journeyman. after months of dedication, I was relocated to ground to assist foreman with preparing material needed for progress, job was to inventory structural iron, read blueprints to prepare hang list, use rigging, shackles, & taglines, determine weight, size, and proper rigging required for all lifts. determine placement of tagline by stencil on iron. assist all workers and inspect equipment daily.
