Supervising a team of 50 associates (Shipping,Receiving,Engine rail dock and Container loading department).

Oversees shipping and receiving department by handling numerous shipments on my shift while checking and auditing the quality of the product before it leaves the warehouse for production.

Working side by side with the operations manager and assisting with any of the jobs daily needs.

Doing inventory counts as needed taking calls and e-mails from our customer

FCA/ STELLANTIS and researching any information or issues they may have with the product.

Training all new hires to be able to perform the job by following proper procedure and guidelines.

Develop plans and supervise various departmental meetings and participate in various growth based campaigns.

Receiving inbound material/receipting trailers

Attach all related documents such as packing slips, bills of lading and URL’s.

Data Entry

Linking trailers/ Scanning paperwork

Effective communication skills, attention to detail, ability to organize and retrieve information.

Creating manifest and assign loads hourly for the company drivers

Record keeping / filing paperwork daily

Data entry transportation spreadsheet

Efficient Microsoft word/ Microsoft excel

Engine rail billing

Perform other job related duties assigned by the shifts operations manager
