At Legoland California I was employed for the role of Retail Associate where I was put under a small retail location that took care of our park rentals.

Within my first 2 months of employment I was acknowledged for my dedication to guest service across the company; then 4 months later receiving the same recognition for my dedication to providing guests with a greater experience.

My efforts and hard work later opened up the doors to greater opportunities, where after 6 months of being with the company, I was given the role of Senior Retail Associate in our largest retail location across the park. Which is expected to make 28 million dollars annually.

Day after day I am responsible for the retail associates that work in our store and as well assuring they have the resources necessary to meet our revenue goal daily.

Apart from my daily tasks in my role of leadership, I am also a part of our department's quarterly inventory audit team. As of recently my proudest achievement within the company has been being given the opportunity to take care of our retail carts that extend outside of our store.

Although I am the youngest Senior Retail Associate on our team; I have proven to the heads of the Legoland Retail Department that I am capable of handling large projects without hesitation.

During my time at Shak's Mediterranean Bistro, I was mainly responsible for the following:

• Sanitized surfaces after each use following standard sanitation practices.
• Scrubbed and sanitized dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Loaded dirty dishes into the dishwasher racks and unloaded clean dishes from the washer onto carts or shelves.
• Assisted in preparing salads and desserts when requested by chefs or supervisors.
