With 3.5 years of ICU experience, I am skilled in rapid assessment, emergency response, and evidence-based decision making, which will help me confidently manage on-site medical situations and employee health concerns. My 1.5 years as a clinical/nursing supervisor in home health strengthened my experience in case management, interdisciplinary collaboration, regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate, confidential medical records. I am comfortable working autonomously, evaluating medical restrictions and return to work readiness, and supporting wellness initiatives to support a safe, healthy and productive workforce.
