I am proficient in the use of computers and the Internet, including Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Photoshop. I have experience in customer service whilst helping the customer experience a satisfying checkout or fulfilled order process. I have experience in selling products, thus helping the company fulfill their goals to satisfy and secure their company assets. I was successful in creating digital fine art pieces for the poetry book “Can I Borrow Your Face?”, by means of InDesign for the company ‘Splash Motif Studio'. This allowed me to increase my digital art skills. Working at Sherise's Learning Tree, Carson's, Mariano's, Avon, Addus, DSW and Southtown Health Foods has improved my dexterity in customer service, interpersonal skills and resilience when faced with social challenges. Working at Amazon and United Airlines has helped me to push myself physically, improved my punctuality and improve work relations. My ramp-service position has allowed me to work closely with expensive machinery, helping me to pay attention to detail, my environment, and instructions given to me by my leaders.
