- I don't work a certain position because there is many different stations you can work at throughout the day
- But what the front house team members do is the provide the guests with exceptional service while taking their order through the line
- The line is where we serve food with a variety of gluten free choices that guests love
- All of the team members including leaders have a bond with one another with communication being very important and active
- After gaining tons of experience I was promoted to a trainer which allowed me to train new team members that were hired since I was able to meet high expectations from my Bolay leaders.
- Collaborated with back-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen operations and guest service.
- Established welcoming atmosphere by greeting each guest warmly.
- Strengthened relationships with regular clientele through personalized interactions and attention to their preferences, fostering a sense of community within the establishment.
