• Developed three recipes (appetizer, lunch and dessert) using Braswell's Honey Mustard Dipping sauce in three different ways: created recipes: Sweet & Tangy Honey Mustard Coconut Shrimp, Apple Salad with Zesty Honey Mustard Dressing and Honey Mustard Cheesecake Bites
• Calculated nutrition facts for each recipe and presented in commercial kitchen to Braswell's representative

• Created and presented an nutrition education display for Georgia Nutrition Council organization at annual conference
