Employee of the month for August 2025 at Another Step for interacting with my group as well as coordinating with staff to interact with other groups  for learning different  activities, including cooking out all summer and enjoying the pool on hot summer days,  bowling, pickleball ,tennis, and other sports.  Also went to shows like Medieval Times , movies , Bear Mountain and Zoo trips. Volunteering for helping with pick ups and drop offs whenever my group was small or just one, helping others with any situations come up, attended birthday lunches and celebrated with special birthday requests. play well as team leader as well as team player always safety with clients and notice any changes if comes up.
