The responsibility is to contact vehicle owners to have an air bag recall fixed, via door knocking, phone contact. I create appointments in person for the vehicle owner to visit their dealership; or, have the vehicle fixed at their location.
The job requires you to be vigilante, think out of the box, and following up every vehicle thru the repair process to make sure it gets completed.
The minimum contact face to face are 945 per quarter; and the minimum repairs to make bonus is 142 per quarter. I have never missed.
This is/was a 1 call close sale. A rep will receive inbound inquires about the medical Alert System. It is expected for you to bond with the customer, question their needs, match their needs to the product, explain all the features of the product; and, why they should choose your product over our competition.
To qualify for inbound calls a rep had to make 100 outbound calls to previous customers who did not purchase on their first call. Find out if they have made a purchase; if not, get them happpily involved on owing our system.

This position put me in business for myself thru the sales of final expense insurance and fixed indexed annuities. I purchased mail-in,phone, face book leads and knocked on the doors of those who had inquired about final expense insurance.
Too often people thought the insurance was free because the lead said,"this is a state approved program". I had to explain to them their was/is a cost involved. This didn't concern me as it happened soo many times I merely perfected what needed to be covered to close the sale.
The sales of the fixed indexed annuity was a retirement vehicle.
