For over 22 years have been on the executive and board of CMHA. Started the education division and the HNA show which included the formation of several training and workshop programs. In December, 2024, I was informed of my induction in the Hall of Fame with induction being held in Naples, Florida, in August, 2025. This is the highest honor that is bestowed to an individual and it was due to the hard work, commitment to excellence, and the development of training programs that concentrated on working together "toward ak common vision", transcending any personal agenda and self-interest. The board is formed of 33 international individuals having their own personal ideas. This award honors the work and the love for the industry and the world wide members.
