Responsible for day-to-day operations of Code Ninjas Greeley, including:

• Marketing - Performed sales of new enrollments and camp offerings.
• Student enrollment - currently at 40 students.
• Education - Performed educating classes of up to 10 children at any given time.
• Facility maintenance - daily cleaning of Center and equipment
• Staff supervision and training
• Curriculum development - providing extra curriculum when franchise offerings are not sufficient

• Software development for collections industry.
• Managed large databases of millions of records of bad debt, for agencies across United States.
• Developed unique system that generates legal documents with bad debt data, and e-files them with Colorado and Utah courts.
• Designed and maintained custom software to customer's specifications.
• Designed hard-copy and electronic documentation for suite of collections software for customers.
• Generated query reports using Crystal Reports and other software, including custom designed software.
• Maintained in-house hardware, networking, and telephony systems.
• Performed updates, upgrades, network installations, and repair of hardware for in-house use as requested.
• Performed database import and conversions from new customer acquisitions, including SQL and Access data.
• Converted data for use in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Corel WordPerfect.
• Designed automations in VBA and mail merge for both Microsoft and Corel products.
• Assisted in development and maintenance of company's website.
• Designed custom cabling system for check verification equipment, and provided step-by-step documentation to reproduce same cables.
