Build effective relationships with cross functional departments to resolve client issues/inquiries in a timely manner, multi-task inbound calls, electronic communications and working case files while providing excellent service and building rapport with RIAs, actively identify gaps and seek opportunities to implement new procedures, update standard workflows and create resources that would be helpful guides to other RMs and/or teams, expertly guide other associates with accurate information to assist with complex client account issues, manage the Cash management escalation queue, winner of the 'Work from Home Hall of Fame' award.
