I am en energetic task completer with many years of advanced physical training. I can assist in all aspects of the work environment and can adapt in unfamiliar situations. Some areas I am comfortable in working in are cleaning and sanitation, training, receptionist areas and more. I have great time management, punctuality, and work ethic. I strive to complete every task given with 100 percent effort.

I am very passionate about all things exercise. I am well versed in many lifting techniques and methodologies, as well as other non lifting areas of exercise, such as jump training/plyometrics, sprinting and running, bodyweight exercise and flexibility training.
