• Drives cross-functional project alignment, including Federal Site Lifecycle Estimates (FSLE), risk identification, and schedule/cost management.
• Leads award fee evaluations, contract proposal assessments, and performance-based tracking across multi-site operations.

Managed site-wide respiratory protection for over 1,500 employees, supporting decontamination and remediation of Haz Cat II Nuclear Facilities.

Oversaw CQCM and SSHO functions, supporting an $18M USAF infrastructure project.

• Ensured contract compliance, managed submittals, tracked milestones, and performed direct reporting to USACE project leadership.
• Directed production, performance, and quality objectives to align with customer expectations.

Directed industrial hygiene and safety compliance at a $200M USACE remediation site.

• Managed support technicians which drove collection/analysis of more than 10,000 beryllium samples.
• Routinely communicated with USACE management to provide project performance and reporting.
