I worked as a 1:1 associate with an IEP student and also accommodated another IEP student as the summer program went on. I helped both students with their coursework during class time and also accommodated anything for them to help meet their learning needs. I also served as a whole classroom aide for all students when my time was not focused on both IEP students. Tasks that I did involved, redirecting students, managing classroom behavior, and assisting students with their coursework.
