My job has several different positions which I rotated through on a monthly basis. One month, main cook. Main cook duties are to prepare meals for all residents.
Secondly, I make drinks ensuring proper consistency according to their diet chart.
My third position is Baker. As baker I dish up dessert and serve hot meals to all residents.
Lastly, Washer position. I operate an automatic dishwasher to ensure all dishes and cookware are properly cleaned and sterilized according to state requirements.
Also, team lead and assist with decisions as needed. This usually happens on weekends when no management is on-site.
