I’ve spent the last year working in the field for my father’s HVAC business, assisting in all phases of residential installs, from site prep and ductwork to equipment staging. I know what it’s like to work in tight attics and crawlspaces, and I’ve learned that keeping a clean, safe job site is just as important as the install itself.
Why I’m here:
• Ready to Work: I’ve already got the grit for the job and I’m used to the physical demands of the trade.
• Hungry to Learn: I want to move from just 'assisting' to mastering the technical side like diagnostics and system pressures.
• Teachable: I’m looking for an apprenticeship where I can learn the trade the right way, follow company standards, and show up every single day ready to contribute.
HVAC Installation Support: Helped install full residential units, including furnace and coil set-ups.
• Ductwork & Layout: Ran duct runs, hung flex, and sealed everything up to make sure the airflow was right.
• Job Site Prep: Handled all the staging getting the right tools and materials ready so the lead tech could keep the job moving.
• Heavy Lifting & Equipment: Assisted with moving and positioning heavy condensers and air handlers safely.
Job Site Safety: Understanding of PPE and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace
Blueprint/Layout Basics: Following simple installation plans and diagrams
Team Collaboration: Working effectively under a Lead Technician in fast paced environments
Reliability: Proven track record of showing up on time and staying until the job is done
