As a Founding Partner in this family business, my role encompasses comprehensive General Administration and Supplier Management. My core responsibilities involve organizing and supervising the clinical department's people and programs. This includes overseeing everything from employee management and budgeting to technology and operations.

My specialization lies in management and advisory functions, with an emphasis on exceptional communication for conflict resolution and problem-solving. I place a strong emphasis on adhering to policies and ethical standards, aiming to inspire others in these aspects. The overarching objective is to ensure the optimal functioning of the medical department, ultimately delivering the best possible results.
