Hello, I have been living in Nevada for a few years for a better opportunity in work. I am determined on obtaining my Commercial Drivers License. My grandfather and father are both truck drivers, and I wish to peruse that career as well.
Currently I worked in the Energy department. My role is to sort, monitor the energy cells, and load pallets. I also monitor the machines to make sure there aren’t any faults that would damage our product. After the process I created pallets, labels, and used an electric pallet jack to move the pallets to their appropriate place.
- I build relationships with my clients to better understand their needs and find resolutions to their needs. Communication in the workplace consists of appointments, lobbying, emails, service calls, and client de-escalate.
- I’m occasionally a teller and handle large amounts of cash at my station and in the vault. While following procedures with my keys, codes, sensitive client information, and technology around the workplace.
- Previously, I worked in assembly for the engine. The machine welded the parts together, then I would enter inside to remove excess metal, and transport the engine to the next station.
- I also monitor the machines to make sure there aren’t any faults that would damage our product. While monitoring the screens for the machine's blueprint to make sure there aren't any faults in the system.
- My time at Target was not limited to a Closing Team Lead. I was trained to work in guest services, inbound, specialty sales, electronics, food and beverage, and fulfillment.
- I maintain metrics, as in guest loyalty, guest satisfaction, and keep guest wait times low for online pickup. I would hand off with the Store Director, do store walks, partnering with each department, keeping all store metrics on track throughout the night. At night I would email other departments and CC the Store Director on nightly metrics.
- I started in inbound where I would unload trucks, sort the product, and assign them to a locations. I also created pallets and loaded the trucks.
