Additional Information

Prior to the water mitigation experience I was a Field Ops Manager for Total Wireless Communication Services from 2000 through 2012 based out of Grove Ok. In the beginning the companies focus was on New Site Builds and Equipment Upgrades at existing cell sites. It was a very fast paced industry that required long hours with extensive travel in the central/lower midwest states. When I started we had only a couple of "2 man crews" doing new site builds consisting of installing all cell site equipment in buildings remotely to be delivered when completed. And as previously mentioned upgrading equipment at various existing cell sites. Within 4 or 5 years we were doing complete "New" cell site installations which consisted of installing everything from the tip of the antennas to the power meter. While venturing into this we continued to do the equipment upgrades as well. I managed on average 6 (2 man) "Equipment" crews and 4 (4 man) tower crews. Very fast paced industry and we had very good results for the owner of the company and our clients.
