Edwin Southard

With more than 22 years of experience working at Rainbow Grocery, I wear many hats. My responsibilities vary from sourcing local, domestic and international products to receiving semi trucks, checking in orders and stocking shelves. I have a passion for food and am constantly on the lookout for quality products at competitive prices to provide our customers with a high value shopping experience. As a worker and owner, I take great pride in what I do. I like to challenge myself to learn new skills and better myself as a buyer and worker and receiver. In addition I have served on Rainbow's Board of Directors and have been involved in hiring new team members. It has always been my mission to be knowledgeable about the whole store in order to provide great customer service. I have enjoyed and excelled at working in several departments simultaneously. I continually strive to participate in the growth and success of Rainbow Grocery. I am a highly-motivated worker, work well under pressure, have a very strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills. I am adept at working effectively unsupervised and strive to support my coworkers in any way that I can.
