Fromt end cashier. Checked customers out & helped them find merchandise they were having trouble finding

Worked customer service desk doing returns & getting ship to store items for customers. Oversaw cashiers, got change for them as needed, scheduled breaks & lunches. Also checked out customers needed. Updated register end caps monthly & restocked as needed.

Started at company as a dispatcher. Notified Police/Fire on alarms received. Within six months I was moved into the he position of Data Entry. I was responsible with adding ng new accounts into the system. Also worked with technicians downloading information into the alarm panel & testing. I was also responsible for keeping our customer accounts & the accounts of other companies we monitored for updated. Also had to connect with customers alarm systems to update numbers & phone numbers to ensure signals were coming through to the Central Station.

Was at shop at 5:30 every morning to brew the multiple coffe flavors we had, to open shop & keep hot & iced coffee stocked, made muffins, arranged bagels & restocked cups. Made sure lottery draw was balance at start of my shift & at the end of my shift.
