

I would like to describe myself as a dynamic and driven worker no matter the role that i am given as I try to just look at each job as a learning experience. I find myself constantly wanting to be better and work on my skills. Over the past 15 years of working in kitchens I have learned patience and consistency. I have gained a passion for food that I am eternally grateful for, cooking has given me a level of confidence within myself i never could have imagined .
