  • I began working for redlobster in January 2016 i started out as a server cross trained to lead bartender, I've worked on all banquets. I then cross trained to the heart of house as a prep specialist to certified grill master which led me to certified trainer and certified restaurant supervisor. Demonstrated strong multitasking skills by managing multiple Tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. All has led me to my manager position im in today. which i then realized that i love what i do and is my career choice long term in the restaurant industry
