DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø To take foods and beverages order according to the prescribed of service
Ø Demonstrating menu knowledge and upselling specialty item.
Ø Pushes the sale of foods and beverages item.
Ø Clean and wipe the chairs, tables and subsequently set the tables up.
Ø Assist and bring the drinks from the bar and foods from the kitchen.
Ø Welcoming the guest and accompanied them to the specific table number.
Ø Give them a menu, ladies first and proceeds clockwise.
Ø Always on alert when the guest in needed of service.
Ø Dis-out the dishes after every course and follow the sequent of service.
Ø Remove the unused things in the table like silver or plates etc.
Ø Always do refill the water on the goblet glass.
Ø Offer the dessert follow tea or coffee after their meals.
Ø Help to bring out the dirty dishes from the waiter station to the dishwashing area.
Ø Provide foods and beverages service to the guest using good service skills.
Ø Perform other side duties given by the superior.
Ø Always on monitoring to ensure the guest are satisfied with the service.
Ø Refill the condiments and re-stock the par stock & sees to it that the par stock in maintain.
Ø Fixed and prepare the dirty linens as well as the dirty table napkins sent to the laundry for washing.
Ø Bring out the cleaned linens and table napkins from the laundry and store it to the dining linen storage
Ø Assist guest daily activity, interior inventory and accounting.
Ø Looks the necessary preparation before start of the operation.
Ø Smile at all times and greet the guest whenever you see them around the boat.
Ø Familiar the foods in the ship especially out of stock items.
Ø Help also the co-workers when you see them needed your helped.
Ø Handling complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
