- La Costa Canyon Varsity-11, Junior Varsity-10, Freshmen-9 Football Team, Wide Receiver, Only flag-football experience when I joined freshmen team in 9th grade. Became starting wide-receiver in 10th grade on JV. I was moved to varsity at the end of season-10. 2-year varsity player. Recognized for keeping the team upbeat & positive throughout the season. - Champions League; Volunteer Buddy, Champions League is free baseball program for kids with special needs. Created so that all kids have an opportunity to play a sport they love and their families have a chance to watch them. Volunteers act as “buddies” to encourage & support players., Baseball is a huge part of my life so being able to encourage & mentor special needs kids to play the sport is an honor. I got to know players on a personal level and returned to work with them regularly so they felt comfortable and relaxed. Helped with hitting & fielding, cheered & encouraged, set up field & equipment.
