• Dishwasher/Cashier (2022): Alternated between cleaning large amounts of plates quickly in order to keep up with volume and checking out guests' bills in order to keep tables free.
• Server (2023): Seated guests as they came in and kept up with each table by serving them drinks and taking their order, periodically checking in to ensure everything came out correctly and the customers were satisfied.
• Manager (2024-25): Oversaw the front of house from open until close, speaking with dissatisfied customers to determine the best course of action, ensuring everyone remained on task, assigning sidework for closing, resolving miscellaneous issues across the house, and counting cash for closing.

• Customer service: As the cashier in a fast-casual environment, I provided excellent service to high volumes of people during extremely busy periods, accurately and quickly taking orders and seating people even with lines nearly out of the door.
• Cleaning/Organizing: After our rush periods had subsided, I also efficiently used my time in order to properly prepare and clean the restaurant for another day of business in the morning.
