Ensured guests' food left the kitchen as soon as it was ready and quality checked each plate before it hit the table. Took to-go orders and prepared them for the guest. Worked with bartenders to ensure guests were greeted in a timely manner. Ensured the bar was clean and organized, and washed dirty bar glasses as they collected. Monitored levels of bottled alcohol, garnishes, and juices and replenish as needed. Fast-paced environment that required quick problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.

Aided servers in creating a welcoming and clean environment for guests. Ensured food and drinks were served promptly and addressed any questions/concerns presented by the guest. Kept service area of the center clean, and bussed dishes from tables as needed.
