  • Working in the kitchen with other chefs learned to always wash my hands, how to wash and clean dishes, where things go and where they are, and using social skills to communicate with my peers and chefs. Chef Eddie taught me various different cooking styles and many different ways to cook food at home.
  • Learned how to close and clean up the Kupu center after the program ends such as mopping, sweeping, washing all the Kupu cars we used, cleaning the bathrooms, and putting away all the gloves and rags we used after washing them.
